Collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including Program Management, Engineering, Test, and UX-Ops, I delivered user experiences that met desired outcomes. I aligned with the strategic objectives of marketing and product teams while continually evolving the Oracle Brand.

Key achievements include:

Design System: Drove the creation and widespread adoption of the Oracle.com design system, establishing a unified visual language for the platform.

Methodology Implementation: Led cross-functional teams to implement an agile framework, enhancing our ability to deliver experiences efficiently and enabling continuous improvement of Oracle.com.
Oracle Open Sans:
Along with the creation of the Redwood Design System, we collaborated with Dalton Maag to develop a bespoke typeface exclusive to Oracle. Throughout 2017, through workshops, design sessions, and several rounds of testing, I led the initiative to hone this typeface for digital use. Guiding feedback on autohinting and legibility across our digital platforms. Our collected efforts created a typeface that was human and approachable, well-suited for the Redwood Design System.
